A Story in Pictures

TV World
September 1954
Ash-blonde and lovely, with a heart-shaped, sensitive face, Elizabeth Montgomery makes a most appealing ingenue, worthy of her famous name.
Elizabeth goes over the "Circle Theatre" script with director Cort Stein. She started on "Robert Montgomery Presents" and now she does many shows.
Week-ends when Elizabeth visits her dad in the country, she has to keep an eye on the timetable to make sure that she won't be late for rehearsals.
Finding the right clothes for a production takes a lot of time too. Elizabeth chooses a David Grossman mink stole and a felt skirt by Russeks.
While having lunch at Sardi's, Vincent Sardi comes to her table and points out the caricature of her famous father hanging on the wall beside those of other celebrities.
Elizabeth Montgomery got a bang out of seeing her father's caricature at Sardi's shown to her by maitre d'Jimmy.
Since Elizabeth will be a bride by the time you read this, she gets in some necessary practice on her housekeeping routines.
Picking a new perfume is a lunch-hour pastime. A girl as busy as Elizabeth has very little time for personal chores.
On the way home, Elizabeth stands beneath a picture of her dad at Radio City. NBC's "Circle Theatre" is advertised too.
The end of a busy day, Elizabeth covers her pet parakeet for the night. An ingenue on TV must have a lot of sleep.
