Synopsis:
Repressed spinster Mary Flynn strikes out on her own after the father she has cared for for the last twenty years dies. She hooks up with a broken down circus which happens to be passing through town. After cleaning out cages she graduates to acrobatics, finds romance, friendship and her own identity along the way. A rather simple story, well-acted, with a very realistic circus atmosphere.
